When you use the eligibility checker, nothing is stored unless you choose to submit an enquiry. If you submit one, we collect the business and contact information you provide — name, business name, email, phone, business address, revenue range, time in business, industry, and where applicable an EIN and supporting bank statements.

Third-party funding partners, for the purpose of evaluating and offering you financing. We do not sell your information to lead buyers or data brokers. Our partners handle your information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before proceeding.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored encrypted at rest, with access restricted to authorised personnel and logged. Documents are retained only as long as needed to process your enquiry and are then deleted on an automated schedule.
By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted by us and our funding partners by phone, SMS, and email, including via automated dialing technology, at the numbers you provide. Consent is not a condition of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or contacting us directly.
You can request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. Residents of certain states have additional rights under state privacy law.
