Common questions

Does checking my eligibility affect my credit?

No. The eligibility checker asks you to estimate your credit range — it doesn't pull anything. Our funding partner also does not run a hard credit pull during their approval process. A hard inquiry only occurs if you proceed to a formal application with a specific lender, and you'll know before that happens.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. If you get funded through a partner we connect you with, that partner pays us a referral fee. You never pay us.

Are you a lender?

No. We publish guidance and connect businesses with funding partners. We don't underwrite, approve, set rates, or lend money.

My revenue is under $15k a month. Is there anything for me?

Possibly. Invoice factoring can work at lower revenue if you're B2B with outstanding invoices, because your customer's credit does more of the qualifying than yours. 0% business credit cards are driven by personal credit rather than revenue. The eligibility checker will show you both.

My credit is bad. Does that rule me out?

Not necessarily. Revenue-based working capital approves down to around 500 FICO, and invoice factoring weighs your customers' credit more heavily than your own. What it does rule out, for now, are the cheaper products — SBA and bank lines want 680–700+. Those become available later, and repaying a shorter-term product on time is a normal way to get there.

What industries can't you help?

Cannabis and CBD — including in states where it's legal — plus anything federally illegal. This is a banking restriction, not a judgment: lenders can't touch federally illegal revenue. Some lenders also decline or price up certain higher-risk categories, which the partner will tell you directly.

How fast can I actually get money?

It depends entirely on the product. A working capital advance can fund in one to three days. Equipment and lines of credit usually run under a week. SBA loans take 30 to 90 days. Anyone promising same-day funding on an SBA loan is selling you something else.

Who sees my information?

The funding partner we connect you with, and nobody else. We don't sell your information to lead buyers. Details are in our privacy policy.

What if I already have an advance?

Say so upfront. Existing positions change what's available and how it's priced, and hiding them wastes everyone's time — they show up in your bank statements anyway. Sometimes the right move is consolidating rather than adding a second position. See the guide on stacking.
